Профилактика и лечение цестодозов рыб в условиях Беларуси

Before the Belarus scientists there was a task in view to develop and organize manufacture in republic of domestic preparations for preventive maintenance and treatment of fish invasions. The high effect has been received at test of preparation Albendatim-100 at caviosis, bothriocephalosis and ligulosis of fishes. It is a specified anthelminthic, applies for fish deworming in the middle of the vegetative period (the end of June - the beginning of July) in the form of a medical forage. Good results have been received at application for cestodosis control of anthelminthic Timbendazol-22. Industrial tests of preparations have confirmed their high efficiency: level of extensiveness of infection of fish cestode in fishery ponds decreased on 90-100%. Besides, in republic the complex of fish-breeding and biological methods of preventive maintenance of cestodosis at fishes is widely applied. It provides carrying out of ameliorative works, disinvasion of ponds with burnt lime or chloride of lime. Periodically fish-breeding ponds, especially with a silt-covered bottom, are deduced in aestivation. In fisheries carp cultivation in polyculture with a silver crucian, a tench, a silver carp and other species of fishes, unreceptive to cestode both reducing number of Oligochaeta and Cyclops are practiced
