There was studied the application of micronutrient fertilizers with biostimulators for preplanting encrusting of cereal seeds. Influence of different doses of cooper on composition constitution of sprouted wheat, on yield and quality of seeds of spring sown cereals was analyzed in the study. Investigations showed, that application of new composition constitution (CC) for encrusting of cereal seeds influenced the wheat sproutings and the yield of cereal crops. The most effective application of cooper was in dose of 100-150 g/t, in this variant there was highest quantity of cereal seeds (90-94%). The length of roots in cooper dose of 100g/t came till 4,1 cm. Increase of cooper dose till 200-250 g/t did not promote the further strengthening of processes of germination. As a result of study was fond out that preplanting cultivation of barley (Hordeum) seeds by new composition constitution on cooper dose of 100g/t promoted the getting of increment of seed yield in 4,8 dt/ga and there was a tendency of quality improvement of seeds. Cultivating the spring wheat, preplanting cultivation of seeds by composition constitution promoted increment of seeds yield from 4,1 till 5,5dt/ha at cooper dose of 100 and 150 g/t, because of spring wheat needed more cooper at the beginning of growth. There was a tendency of increment of gluten in the seed from 25,0 till 26,1 percent. and gathering of protein till 9,9 — 10,0 c/ha. Increment of cooper dose till 200 g/t was not reasonable, because of there was the decrease of seed yield. Cultivating spring cereal seeds on different sod-podzolic soils, studying of effectiveness of new composition constitution with cooper was realized in dose of 100 g/t. There was determined that preplanting cultivation of seeds of spring wheat was promotive of increment of seed yield in 3,8dt/ha on sandy soil and in 4,2 c/ha on loamy soil. Entering the cooper to composition constitution for preplanting cultivation of seeds did not influence on content of cooper on the seed. The research results revealed that preplanting cultivation of seeds by composition constitution with chelate of cooper in doses of 100-150 g/t was the most effective,increasing seed yield in 3,5-5,5 c/ha. Economic effectiveness of preplanting cultivation of the seeds of cereal crops was estimated in the investigation. Preplanting cultivation of seeds promoted to get profit in types of cereal crops. Net profit was 81,9-211,4 thousand Belarusian rubles
