Genetic diversity of velvetleaf germplasm revealed by ISSR marker

Chino. 【目的】利用分子标记分析来自中国11个省(市)的48份青麻种质资源的遗传多样性,为青麻资源利用和育种提供分子生物学依据。【方法】利用内部简单重复序列多态性(ISSR)分子标记检测青麻种质资源的遗传多样性。【结果】在48份青麻种质资源中,9条ISSR引物扩增出82条带,多态条带比率(PPB)为88.89%,扩增产物片段大小在0.1~3.0kb。基于UPGMA聚类,将青麻分为3大类。【结论】中国青麻的遗传多样性水平较高,实验结果支持青麻起源于中国。

[ Objective ] This article analyzed the genetic diversity of 48 velvetleaf from 11 provinces of China, and provided biological information on utilization and breeding of velvetleaf germplasm. [ Method ] Inter-simple Sequence Repeat (ISSR) markers were applied to detect genetic diversity of 48 velvetleaf germplasm in China. [Result] 82 bands were amplified with nine ISSR primers, with 88.89% polymorphic ones. The amplified DNA fragments were 0.1-3.0 kb in size. The dendrogram was constructed by UPGMA method, showing 48 velvetleaf germplasm clustered into three groups. [Conclusion] There is a high genetic diversity in velvetleaf germplasm. The result supported the conclusion that China is the origin of velvetleaf.
