Chino.

[ Obj ective ] An experiment was conducted to study the impact of glyphosate on physiological indexes of different soybean cultivars at three-trifoliolate leaf stage, and to clarify the physiological and chemical differences of glyphosate-resistant soybean cultivars and conventional soybean cultivars on glyphosate. [Method] In the experiment, a random complete block design was used and the impact of spraying 41% glyphosate-isopropylammonium AS and 10% glyphosate AS on physiological index of glyphosate-resistant soybean cultivars (RR1, RR2) and ordinary soybean cultivars (Jinda75, Jindou27) at three-trifoliolate leaf stage was studied. The chlorophyll content index, shikimic acid content and SOD activity were measured. [Result] The results indicated that the chlorophyll content index of four soybean cultivars decreased with increasing the dosage of glyphosate, while sbikimic acid content increased. The impact of 41% glyphosate-isopropylammonium AS on sbikimic acid content was higher than that of 10% glyphosate AS. The impact on chlorophyll content was opposite, and the impact on the SOD activity was little. The impact of 41% glyphosate-isopropylammonium AS on shikimic acid content of the four soybean cu|tivars was higher than that of 10% glyphosate AS, opposite on chlorophyll content and SOD activity. [Conclusion] There are glyphosate-resistance differences between soybean cultivars. The glyphosate-resistance of glyphosate-resistance soybean is greater than that of conventional soybean. The glyphosate-resistance of RR1 is a little stronger than RR2, and the late-maturing cultivar of conventional soybean is better than early-maturing cultivar. Among the three physiological indexes, shikimic acid content is the most sensitive while SOD activity is the weakest.
