Study on salt-tolerance and salt-resistance of five stone fruit trees

Chino. 为了筛选耐、抗盐桃树砧木,笔者以蒙古扁桃、长柄扁桃、毛桃、筑波4号实生苗和毛樱桃扦插苗为试材,研究其耐盐性、抗盐性及其分离情况。结果表明:正常生长的基质含盐量:毛樱桃接近0.08 g/kg,其他树种/品种〈1.8 g/kg;致死基质含盐量:毛樱桃1.8 g/kg,筑波4号、长柄扁桃、毛桃2.8 g/kg,蒙古扁桃〉4.8 g/kg。蒙古扁桃、毛桃、长柄扁桃、筑波4号、毛樱桃的抗盐性分别为极强、强、中、弱、极弱。5个树种/品种的实生后代均存在显著的耐盐性及抗盐性分离现象,分离范围:毛樱桃〈筑波4号、蒙古扁桃〈长柄扁桃〈毛桃,可从中筛选抗性较强的植株。[著者文摘]

In order to selecte salt-resistence rootstock, the salt resistance and segregation of P. mongolica, P. pedunculata ,P. persica,P, persica cv. tsukuba-4'were studied by seedings and P. tomentosa was studied by cutting seedings. The results showed that the salt content in substrate of P. tomentosa when growing normally was close to 0.08g/kg, and other species were less than 1.8g/kg. The lethal salt content in substrate of P. tomentosa was 1.8g/kg,and P. pedunculata . P. persica and P. persica cv. tsukuba-4Were 2.8g/kg,and P. mongolica was more than 4.8g/kg. The salt resistance ability of P. mongolica, P. persica ,P. pedunculata, P. persica cv. tsukuba-4'and P. tomentosa were stronger,strong,moderate,weak and weaker, respectively. The seeding progenies of the 5 species exhibited obvious segregation phenomenon of salt resistance. The segregation range were that: P. tomentosa 〈 P. persica cv. tsukuba-4, and P. mongolica〈P, pedunculata〈P, persica. The plants with high salt resistance ability could be screened out.
