Chino. 以8个糯玉米自交系为亲本,按Griffing完全双列杂交方法Ⅳ配制组合,研究了糯玉米籽粒支链淀粉含量和含糖量性状的配合力效应.结果表明:糯玉米的支链淀粉、含糖量性状除主要受加性基因控制外还受非加性基因控制;不同自交系之间,一般配合力有显著的差异,不同组合间的特殊配合力也存在显著差异;集一般配合力和特殊配合力之合的总配合力效应,可以较好地反映各个杂交组合的优势强弱.支链淀粉性状的总配合力效应值以组合N4×N5最高,其次大小为:N4×N7〉N8×N27〉N4×N23〉N4×N8.含糖量性状的总配合力效应值以组合N5×N12最高,其次大小为:N5×N23〉N4×N5〉N4×N7〉N23×N27.[著者文摘]

According to complete diallel crossing Griffing Method Ⅳ,a set of combinations involving eight inbred lines was made to study the effect of combining ability of amylopectin content and sugar content in waxycorn kernel.The results indicated that the inheritance of amylopectin and sugar content were mainly controlled by additive genes,and affected by non-additive genes as well.The difference between general combining ability among inbred lines,and special combining ability among combinations was obvious.The effect of total combining ability involving general combining ability and special combining ability proved the heterosis of hybridized combination to be better.The highest effect value of total combining ability of amylopectin was N4 N5.N4 N7,N8 N27,N4 N23,N4 N8,ranked 2 to 5 respectively.The highest effect value of total combining ability of sugar content was N5 N12,N5 N23,N4 N5,N4 N7,N23 N27,ranked 2 to 5 respectively.
