Chino. 对小麦纯系种子进行卫星搭载处理,从中筛选突变株,为冬小麦育种提供新的种质资源。通过田间观察与室内分析,研究卫星搭载小麦陕253和西农1043 2个品种第二代(SP-2)光合速率、叶绿素含量及主要农艺性状的变化。2个小麦品种共得到突变株系12份,其中陕253矮秆变异2份(SP2-253-38和SP2-253-54)、早熟变异1份(SP2-253-51)、高秆变异1份(SP2-253-27);西农1043矮秆变异6份(SP2-1043-1、SP2-1043-15、SP2-1043-16、SP2-1043-19、SP2-1043-40、SP2-1043-41)、高秆变异1份(SP2-1043-37)、矮秆大穗变异1份(SP2-1043-14)。卫星搭载能够引起较高的突变频率,为冬小麦育种提供了选择依据。
Mostrar más [+] Menos [-]Inglés. Wheat seeds of pure lines were used for spaceflight treatment. Mutants were chosen to provide new resource of germ plasm. This study analyzed the photosynthetic rate, the content of chlorophyll and main agronomic characters of wheat Shaan 253 and Xinong 1043 in the second generation under spaceflight treatment. Twelve mutations were obtained. The short plant mutations were SP2-253-38, SP2-253-54, SP2-1043-1, SP2-1043-15, SP2-1043-16, SP2-1043-19, SP2-1043-40, SP2-1043-41, high plant mutations SP2-253-27, SP2-1043-37; earlier ripe mutation is SP2-253-51, short plant and bigger spike SP2-1043-14. Spaceflight can induce high variance frequency, and it offers evidence for the breeding of winter wheat.
