Changes of enzyme activity during the depositive process of lignin in peach endocarp | 桃内果木质素沉积过程中酶活性的变化

Chino. 以大久保和京玉两个桃品种为试材,对果实发育过程中桃内果皮的木质素含量及其相关酶活性进行了测定。结果表明:在盛花后28d时两品种的苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、肉桂酸-4-羟基化酶(C4H)、4-香豆酸-辅酶A连接酶(4CL)和肉桂醇脱氢酶(CAD)的活性都达到最大值,随后都呈现出总体下降的趋势;过氧化物酶(POD)的活性则在盛花后21d时就达到最大值,随后也呈现出总体降低的趋势;而在整个果实发育过程中,两品种桃内果皮中木质素的含量却逐渐增加。由此推论,当PAL,C4H,4CL,CAD和POD表达到一个相对高的水平,形成足够合成木质素所需的前体物质时,桃内果皮才开始快速积累木质素。[著者文摘]
Mostrar más [+] Menos [-]Inglés. Prunus persica L. Batsch Okubo' and Prunus persica L. Batsch 'jingyu' were employed as materials to study changes of the lignin content and relative enzymes activities in peach endocarp. The results indicated that the activities of Phenylalnine ammonialyase(PAL), Cinnamate-4-hydroxylase(C4H), p-Coumarate.CoA Ligase (4CL) and Cinnamyl-alcohol dehydrogenase (CAD) reached the peaks on 28 days after full bloom, the activity of Peroxydase (POD) reached the peak on 21 days after full bloom, and then, they all presented the trends of general decrease. The contents of lignin in peach endocarp were increased gradually in the development process of peach fruits. Based on the finding in the present work, it was proposed that lignin was accumulated rapidly when there were enough precursors after the activities of PAL, C4H, 4CL, CAD and POD reached the peaks.
