Chino. 采用有机溶剂法提取不同品种葡萄的种籽、果皮、果梗、叶片、叶柄中的白藜芦醇,并对其含量进行了测定和比较.结果表明:不同葡萄品种间白藜芦醇含量差异较大,供试葡萄品种中以‘黑比诺’白藜芦醇含量相对较高;不同组织部位白藜芦醇含量差异也较大,其含量由高到低的顺序为果梗、叶片〉果皮〉种籽〉叶柄.在所有测试品种中‘贵人香’果梗中白藜芦醇含量最高,达6 299.52×10. 2μg.g. 1.[著者文摘]

Resveratrol in seeds,peels,pedicels,leaves and petioles of different grape cultivars was abstracted by the organic solvent method.The results indicated that the contents of resveratrol were significantly different between different varieties and tissues,the resveratrol content of cultivar 'Pinot Noir' was much higher than others,which in tissues were taking the order of pedicels and leaf〉peels〉seeds〉petioles.In all tested cultivars,the resveratrol contents of pedicels of 'Italian Riesling'were highest,whichwere up to 6 299.52×10-2 μg・g-1.
