Effect of controlling bolting on yield and quality from root of Notopterygium f orbesii | 控制抽薹对宽叶羌活产量和品质的影响

Chino. 通过大田试验,在甘肃省和政县研究了控制抽薹对宽叶羌活产量和品质的影响.结果表明:控制不抽薹处理的效果最好,宽叶羌活的产量、浸出物含量和挥发油含量分别比对照提高67.80%、2.12%和21.69%;而全去薹处理的效果最差.各处理以及对照的浸出物含量均达到了《中国药典》的要求(15%),而挥发油含量均未达到《中国药典》中所规定的羌活挥发油含量的最低限(0.028mL・g. 1).[著者文摘]
Mostrar más [+] Menos [-]Inglés. Based on field experiment, the effect of controlling bolting on yield and quality from root of Notopterygium forbesii was studied in Hezheng County of Gansu. The results indicated that no bolting controlling treatment showed the best. The yield, the content of extraction and the essential oil increased by 67.80 %, 2. 12 % and 26. 19 % from root of N. forbesii compared with the control. However, the worst treatment was getting rid of bolting treatment. The extraction content of treatments above mentioned and the control reached the requirement of China Pharmacopoeia(15%); however, the essential oil content showed a lower level than that in China Pharmacopoeia(0. 028 mL・g. 1).
