The relationship between genetic polymorphism of microsatellite markers and wool yield in Su line angora rabbit | 苏系长毛兔微卫星多态性与产毛量关系的研究

Chino. 研究了苏系长毛兔群体12个微卫星座位多态性与1岁兔产毛量之间的关系.结果表明:苏系长毛兔群体12个微卫星座位上平均检测到5.083 3个等位基因,平均有效等位基因数为3.689 7个,平均基因杂合度为0.719 9,平均多态信息含量为0.666 3.利用最小二乘法分析发现,在D3Utr2座位上,398/424基因型个体的产毛量显著低于388/424基因型和404/434基因型个体的产毛量(P〈0.05);在D7Utr5微卫星座位上,163/163基因型个体的产毛量显著高于139/139基因型和139/163基因型个体的产毛量(P〈0.05).[著者文摘]
Mostrar más [+] Menos [-]Inglés. 12 microsatellite markers were chosen to analyse the genetic polymorphism and its correlation to wool yield at age of one year in Su line angora rabbits.The results showed that the mean alleles per locus was 5.083 3(3~7).The mean number of effect alleles(Ne),Heterozygosity(H)and polymorphism information content(PIC) were 3.6897(2.297 9~5.205 1),0.7199(0.570 8~0.816 3)and 0.6663(0.498 0~0.780 9) respectively.The wool yield of genotype 398/424 was lower than that of genotypes 388/424 and 404/434 in D3Utr2 locus(P〈0.05).In D7Utr5 locus,the wool yield of genotype 163/163 was higher than that of genotypes 139/139 and 139/163(P〈0.05).
