Chino. 采用水培方法,选取了5种营养液配方,以清水为对照,研究了不同营养液配方对火鹤幼苗生长及相关生理指标的影响。结果表明:含有0.4959g/L Ca(NO3)2・4H2O,0.2022g/L KNO3,0.1361g/LKH2PO4,0.0861g/L CaSO4・2H2O,0.0400g/L NH4NO3的营养液(配方B)所培养植株的各形态指标均优于其它配方。叶绿素含量及根系活力也高于其它配方,丙二醛含量较低,是较理想的火鹤水培营养液。[著者文摘]

The experiment was conducted under controlled hydroponics by selecting five nutrient solution formulations to investigate the effects of different nutrient solutions on the growth and some physiological indexes of Anthuriurn scherzerianum. The results indicated that plants in formulation B which include 0.495 9 g/L Ca(NO3)2・4H2O, 0.202 2 g/L KNO3,0. 136 1 g/L KHiPO4,0.086 1 g/L CaSO4・ 2H2O, 0.0400 g/L NH4 NO3 had better morphological indexes than other formulations. The content of chlorophyll and the root vitality in formulation B were higher than other formulations. The content of MDA in formulation B was low. Formulation B is superior formulation to others.
