Chino. 以甘蓝型油菜为母本、红菜薹为父本，不同授粉时间、不同角果长度下杂交子房荚粒数进行比较研究，结果表明：除13：00～15：00时间段的授粉结果不理想外，杂种的荚粒数与各时间段的温度成正相关（r=0．9538）；角果长度对子房培养具有一定影响，一般是长荚的荚粒数高于中荚的荚粒数，相对于短荚的荚粒数，两者都呈显著差异；通过对4个杂交组合间亲和性的研究发现，4个杂交组合的亲和性不同：甘蓝型油菜与红杂70的亲和指数最高，为4．86，与新世纪晚杂、A和新世纪早杂的亲和指数略低，分别为3．10、2．84和2．64，且前者和后三者之间存在显著性差异。[著者文摘]
Mostrar más [+] Menos [-]Inglés. Effects of the time of pollination,the length of pod on the seed number per pod of hybrids between Brassica napus and Purple-caitai were studied. Results indicated that the seed number per pod of hybrids was positively correlated with the temperature of pollination （r= 0. 953 8） except the time between 1.00 to 3-00 PM. The length of pod also had effect on the ovary culture to some extent. Generally,the seed number per pod of the long pod was more than mediate-long pod,and both of them were more than the short pod. The compatibility between four cross combinations were studied and the affinity was different among four cross combinations. The compatibility indexes of Brassica napus X Hongza 70 was the highest, reached 4. 86, those of Brassica napus X Xinshijiwanza, A and Xinshijizaoza were slightly lower, reaching 3. 10,2. 84 and 2. 64, respectively. The difference between the former and the latter three one was significant.
