Clinical and anatomopathological characterisation by the use of high dosis of Cipermetrine | Caracterización clínica y anatomopatológica por la aplicación de altas dosis de Cipermetrina

Se describe el cuadro clínico y lesional que se presentaría con la sobredosis de Cipermetrina por lo cual se formaron cuatro grupos de once gallinas cada uno a los que se les aplicaron los siguientes tratamientos: T1 (Cipermetrina 2.5 %, dosis máxima recomendada por el fabricante y doble de la usada en producción); T2 (Cipermetrina 4%, 1.6 veces la dosis máxima); T3 (Cipermetrina 5%, dos veces la dosis máxima) y T4 como control. Los tratamientos se aplicaron con mochila a razón de 100 ml/ave y las aves fueron observadas clínicamente durante 6 días en los que se registró: peso inicial y final, consumo de pienso por tratamiento, producción de huevo y peso de huevo. A las dos horas de aplicados los tratamientos, aparecieron síntomas clínicos en T2 y T3; en el grupo T2 apareció un ave con somnolencia y en el T3, cuatro aves con somnolencia, ataxia y dejaron de comer. A las 24 horas post tratamiento se seleccionó un ave por tratamiento y se enviaron al laboratorio de anatomía patológica para el estudio lesional macro e histopatológico, el cual resultó negativo. No hubo mortalidad en ninguno de los tratamientos. No se observaron diferencias significativas en el peso vivo, huevo por ave y peso del huevo. Los resultados se procesaron mediante análisis de varianza simple y la dócima de Duncan.

It describe the clinical and lesional cadre which be present with the use of high dosis of Cipermetrine and they tormed four groups with eleven hens each which they applied the following treatmenst: T1 (Cipermetrine 2.5%, maximal dosis recomended by the fabricant and double of which is used in production); T2 (Cipermetrine 4% 1.6 times the maximal dosis); T3 (Cipermetrine 5% two times the maximal dosis) and T4 as the control. The treatments were applied by aspersion, 100 mililiters to reach hen and they were clinical and observed during six days that them were registered: initial and final weight, feedstuff consume in each treatment, egg production and egg weight. At two hours that the treatments where applied appear clinical symptons in T2 and T3; in the group T2 appear a hen with somnolence and in T3, four hens with sonnolence, ataxia and they dont eat. At 24 hours post treatment were selected a hen in each treatment and sended to the laboratory of pathological anatomy for the lesional macroscopic study and histopathological, with results negative. It were not mortality in none of the tratments. There were not observed significant differences in the live weight, eggs by hen and egg weight. The resulties were processed througth the simple variance analisis and the Duncan´s docime.
