Dynamic of passive antibodies against Gumboro Disease Virus | Dinámica de anticuerpos pasivos contra el virus de la enfermedad de Gumboro en pollos pesados

Se estudió la forma en que descienden los anticuerpos pasivos contra el virus de Gumboro para lo cual se realizaron diez muestreos cada tercer día a treinta y tres pollos sin vacunar criados en piso. Se utilizó el kit ELISA de la firma Idexx para la detección de anticuerpos contra el virus de Gumboro y se calculó la media de los títulos de cada muestreo en general a los que se les realizó un análisis de regresión. En todos los casos se apreció que beta 0 fue de signo negativo, es decir que a medida que va transcurriendo el tiempo los títulos de anticuerpos disminuyen con una elevada significación. Los coeficientes de determinación varían entre 74.15 y 91.41% por lo que se puede decir que el tiempo determina ampliamente sobre los títulos de anticuerpos contra la enfermedad de Gumboro. Con los resultados de las medias de los títulos de todos los animales se realizó el cálculo de la vida media de los anticuerpos y se ob-tuvo 4.9 días de acuerdo con las condiciones de Cuba.

In this work we gave urselves to the task of studying now the passive antibodies against the virus of Gumboro descend and to calculate the half life of these under our conditions. They were carried out 10 samplings every third day to 33 chickens without vaccinating of the heavy race servants in floor, the indirect ELISA test kit was used for the detection of antibodies against the virus of Gumboro and the geometric mean of the titles was calculated in general to those that were carried out a regression analysis. In all the cases it is appreciated that ß0 are of negative sign, that is that as it goes lapsing the time the titles of antibodies they diminish with a high significance. The coefficients of determination were between 74.15 and 91.41% for what it could be said that the time determines thoroughly on the titles of antibodies against Gumboro. With the results of the means of all the animals it was carried out the calculation of the half life of the antibodies, being obtained that for our conditions is of 4.9 days.
