Effect of diffrent levels of silage tomatopomace on performance of golestan province native male calves.

In order to invegtigate the effects of diffirent levels of silage tomato pomace residue on fattening performance of native male bulls calves , an experiment conducted with 25 Golestan native male bulls calves by lnatied weight of 97.46 Kg in a complettly ranomized desigh with five thentment and replecat. Treatment include substitution of corn silage with silaged tomato pomace at levels of 0,7, 14, 21 and 28percent. Experimental diets was isoenergetic and iso hitraogenus. The resualts show that experimented treatments had no any significate effect on avrage daily gain , feed conversition ratio and dry matter intake (p%5 ). Avrage daily gain and feed conversition ratio in treatments were 815.88, 910.6, 887.8 , 909 and 920.25 gram per day and 7.3 , 6.8 , 6.9 , 6.5 , 6.7 respectivly , so the results indrcated that possiblity of use silaged tomato residue by 28 percent in the whole diets. Economical tesualts show that the use of silaged tomato residue can be reduce the cast of the rations.
