Determination of the relationship between Artemisia herba alba forage production with rainfall and soil changes in Goar Kohe basin of the Kash.

The study was located in Dasht Abkan, Artesh, Dorahi Kosheh and Scale Abad regions of the Kash city. For this research selected and made fence a plot land (1 hectare) in these regions. Two soil samples were collected from layers (0-45 and 45 centimeter depth) of each position, and analyzed for pH, EC, ESP, CaCo3, carbon organic, potassium, phosphor and calcium characteristics. Range-gauge has been put at each position for measure rain daily. The parameter measured such as canopy, high of plant, diameter of plant, stem density, soil bare percentage, stone cover percentage, number dry species and number planting. Although, Artemisia shows a poor range, but in research area has high value in dry regions, it has been extensively graze by goat and sheep. During research was drought and the most rainfall in 1997. the study shows that parameters such as canopy, high of plan, planting and product forage direction relation with rainfall and reversed relation with litter stone cover percentage, number dry species. The stem dry extensively increased and the planting reversed decreased during 1997 until 2003. The forage decreased by rainfall low. The recovery of species stopped with average 40 mm rainfall in droughts. Because, the soil structure has been influence on amount accessible water of plant ventilation and root depth. It has been play role in plants dispersion. The gypsum has been established dry micro climate and limited water nutrient material. The result shows that rain, soil (carbon organic, potassium, phosphor and calcium, topography, texture soil) has been main role on plants dispersion. The precipitation has been the most influence on growth Artemisia herba alba.
