The Economic Value of water and ho\\v water should be priced. ha\\e been debated at the international level tor decades. With increasing water scarcities in many parts of the world, this debate has intensified in recent years. Water pncine is an important policy componet for water resouces planning and demand management. The user pays principle must based on reali/mg the full cost of water b\\ rationali/inu water pricing elements of agricultural water pricing must comprice: the cost of water system infrastructure, the value of the water service. While it is vital to establish mechanisms to enable cost recovery and needs of the poor must have to be protected by government for determine of when subsidies need to be provided. As government must provide background of private sector participation to pro\\ ide capital and investment necessary7 for sustaining the system and water resources and that result has a stated goal of achieving economically efficient water provision and provide conservation of water resources. Formulation of appropriate pricing policies should include consideration of the inelasticity and elasticity of agricultural demand for \\\\ater and economic instruments should be considered concurrently with social and environmental requirements. The data were collected using multi stage random sampling method. The result showed that there was a positive meaningful relationship between the number of produtive Datepalm, the total labor used and the number of irrigation with amount of Date production. Marginal productivity of water in gravity dreaped irrigation method is 0.1702 kg and value of marginal productivity of water calculated PS.68 Rials in this irrigation method. Marginal productivity of water in basin irrigation system method is 0.13 kg and value of marginal productivity of water calculated 140."3 Rials in this irrigation method. The cost of each nr of water calculated 67.23 Rials on base of 20 percent interest rate. Demand elasticity for water determined in gra\\ity dreaped irrigation and basin irrigation system methods -2.6cS and -2.093 respectively which this show that demands for water are elastic in two irrigation methods, fherefore can tell elastic demand for water, water pricing will have special role in water use.
