Date bunch fad in 2, is a new disorder that caused heavy damage in Iran date palm plantation in recent years. It first has been reported Kahnodge area in Kerman province on Mozafati cultivar in 198 gradually distributed to the other main date producing provinces su Hormozgan, Bushehr, Sistan and Baluchestan, Pars and Khuzestan. disorder often has been observed on soft and mid-ripening cultivars as Mozafati, Kabkab, Mordaseng, Kalotae, Sayer, Barhee, Khasee Unfortunately the most of these cultivars are trading and prevj cultivars of Iran. Due to high economic importance of this disorder projects have.bSen carried out in different fields in order to determin of causal agent. One of these projects was Determination of nu elements in leaf and fruit of healthy and infected date palm to date t fading. In this study were selected two orchard and twenty 15-year trees of date palm (cv. Khasee) were used from each of orchard, sampling were collected at 6 stages that each stage consist of 25-30 at random basis from each date palm during 20th June to 15th Aug sampling were collected at 4 stages that each stage consist of . leaflets consists of sampling the middle pair of leaflets from the se row leaves on the mid position of rachis at random basis from ea. palm during 30th March to 15th Aug. then they transported fron orchard to the laboratory. Healthy and disordered date palm distingu in the orchard after incidence of disorder. Due to number of sample cost of analyze were maximum thus samples relation with 6 comp! infected and 6 completely health date palm were analyzed concentration of nutrients such as N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu, Zn anc Concentration of mineral element in healthy and infected date palm compared with T-test with mstatc and the fluctuation of mineral nu concentration graphed. The results showed that: • Concentration observed that healthy date palm significantly h concentration of P, K and Zn of fruit and P of leaf than the inf date palm. • Although there were no differences significant in N, Fe, Ci Mn of fruit and N, K, Fe, Zn, Cu and Mn of leaf in health\} infected date palm but the graphs showed that healthy date had higher N, Fe, ZN and Cu of fruit, Cu of leaf and lowe concentration of leaf and fruit than infected date palm.
