The distinguishing of this discipline resulted from many processes, including: the increase of teh conflict between the development of economy and settlements and the nature as consequence if the increases results of anthropopression on the environment, formulating proecological concept of the social and economic development, especially in the rural areas, accepting the environmental protection as a priority in all fields of science and economic activities
