The aim of the study was commodity evaluation of fruit juices/nectars, declared by producers as organic on the national market at 2008. The exam parameters this juices/nectars compared with parameters chosen conventional juices/nectars. Indicated if market organic juices/nectars characterize expected quality of organic products, such as: higher sensory quality, higher content of sugar-free extract (which says about juice additive) and higher content of vitamin C
