The work decribes the physicochemical and chemical properties and fractional composition of humus acid of the Mollic and Umbric Phaeozems Arenic. In collected soil samples following analyses were performed: granulometric composition, pH in KCl, hydrolytic acidity, C total, CaCO3, contents of exchangeable base cations, and fractional composition of humus compounds with the Turin method. In granulometric composition dominate loose sand ale light clay sand. Reactions are in range from strong acid to neutral. Content of the CaCO3 is very low. Within humus matter dominate fraction I (humic compounds bound with calcium and mobile forms of R2O3) and within its humid acid
