Methodology of farmers education, based on principals of non formal education and farmers field school was showed in this work. Education of adults is organized through few phases (experience, analyzing, processing and generalizing) that repeats continuously. Model farmers field school was used for education of farmers groups. The leader is one of farmers who is trained. Because of that all costs of farmers field school are small and they match to producers with less economic ability. This model can be applied when knowledge and skills are requested, so as human work.
