Basic aim of this investigation was to establish relation between developing of reproductive organs and a phenotypic connection of growing intensity and puberty, between gilts growing under the different conditions and birth seasons. We investigated 360 gilts which were growing in the three different systems: the first group were housing in a pen with an outlet, the second group were housed without using an outlet until the third group used an outlet with eaves so they can use it in every weather conditions. Gilts used in this experiment were born in spring (hot season) and autumn (cold season). Traits which were included are: age, mass in the different periods of growing, daily weight gain and the live weight gain. Morphometric parameters of reproductive organs which were comprehended are: mass and the length of uteri horns and number of ovulated structures (follicles, corpora haemoragica, corpora lutea, corpora albicancia and follicular cysts). It was not detected an influence of body mass and weight gain on the reproductive organs development. The birth season and the housing systems had an impact on the morphometric parameters of reproductive organs. Gilts from the second group, throw the both seasons, had the smallest daily gain but the highest mass and length of uteri horns and the ovarian structures in the highest quantity. The third group gilts, throw the both seasons, had the highest daily gain and the live weight gain, but the smallest uteri horn mass and length and so the lowest number of ovarian structures. High weight gain had a negative impact on developing of reproductive organs, but afterwards it had no impact on the expression of estrus, in fact on the searching of puberty.
