In the aim of a better insight into the issues of raspberry cultivation on extremely acid soils (pH in nKCl is less than 4), a two-year field experiment was established with 11 fertilization treatments, on the soil type dystric cambisol. The effects of fertilizers with calcic materials (lime and dolomite), as well as the effect of physiologically acid fertilizers (urea and NPK), were monitored in both experiments. The aim of the treatments with the application of Al-salts (vegetation experiment in containers) was to show how the high Al concentrations in the soil affect the agrochemical parameters, as well as the absorption and concentration of biogenic elements in the plant. Agrochemical analyses of the soil were performed after the fertilization (in both experiments). In the field experiment, the concentrations of the most important macro- and microelements were determined in raspberry leaves and fruits, and in the vegetation experiment containers, the concentrations of the most important macro- and microelements were determined only in raspberry leaves.
