Setting up the HACCP system in primary production

The primary agricultural production has its own specifics and is subjected to actual trends aiming to get safety alimentary products. This paper presents the requirements of constitution and application of this globally already excepted, international concept on food safety (HACCP) in primary agricultural production. The paper also provides a retrospective view on implementation and certification of HACCP concept in Serbia.
