At present transgenic plants are used in pharmacology sphere very often. The application of genetic and cellular engineering methods makes it possible to produce of the plant system that synthesize of the vitamins, the hormones, the blood components, the signal molecules, the antibodies and other pharmaceutical important proteins. The present article covers the making of plant-producers of important blood protein — gamma-interferon (IFNG). Interferons are the evolutionary related family of proteins which are produced majority of eukaryotic cells in response to different virus and non-virus inductors. They perform antivirus, immunomodulatory and antitumoral functions. We are present one of making stages of the ball gamma-interferon plant-vaccines on the basis of carrot and pea fodder crops. The investigations of behavior of heterologous gene ball IFNG in tobacco model object was done. The transgenic tobacco lines that stably inherited and expressed of IFNG gene during two generations was selected. Moreover, the testing of different carrot and pea breeds that are planed to use as a basis for making of plant-vaccines was performed. The development and optimization of Agrobacterium transformation methods for carrot and pea was done also. The most effective Agrobacterium transformation method for both cultures is transformation of seedling in planta. Thus, the final stage of testing carrot and pea transgenic plants is left for future
