In the conditions of small plot experiment there was studied the influence of biopreparations of trichodermine, flavobacterine and mobiline on nematode resistance and yield of potato at the background of natural infection rate with Globodera rostochiensis 3500 larvae/100 cub. cm of soil. The nematode-susceptible potato variety Nevsky and resistant variety Rozhdestvensky were cultivated. The bulbs before planting were treated with these three preparations. In the control variants there was no treatment. Estimated were yield, bulb weight, Globodera affection and soil nematode infection rate. In the variants with the biopreparations applied to both varieties the number of nematode cysts and larvae greatly reduced compared to the control but in the variant with the resistant variety Rozhdestvensky the number of nematode cysts and larvae was much less than in the susceptible potato variety Nevsky. The most number of cysts was on the roots of variety Nevsky in the control variant, the least one – in the variety Rozhdestvensky. The biopreparations promoted greatly increasing the yield and the number of bulbs on the both of the potato varieties predominating in the variety Rozhdestvensky treated with trichodermine
