An analysis of a gene pool of bull daughters is done by frequency of occurrence of antigens of alleles B and of genotypes of the F-V-blood systems. The analysis of the B-system blood of the daughters of 14 bulls has showed that those alleles that descendants have inherited from their fathers, have higher frequencies. A high frequency of the allele Gsub2 0sub1 (21%) is characterized for daughters of servicing bulls of the abroad selection Buk 126 , the one of Gsub2 Ysub2 E' sub2 Q' (25-50%) is for Tarragon 159 , Sir 332, Amir 1333, Otto 1633 , the one of D'G'O'(25%) for Charlie 1371, the one of D'G'O', Y sub2 A'sub2 (21,43-17,85%) is for Chance 172, the one of Ysub2A'sub2 (40%) is for Guidon 20, the one of Osub2J'sub2O' (18.18%) is for Pikland 102, the one of D'G'O' Isub2 (16.16 -11.11%) is for Eklips 175. The daughters of bulls of domestic selection Vandal 01-28, Aktsioner 01-78, Samorodok 01 -80 are more widely spread in the blood allele Bsub2 Osub2 Ysub2 D', G'', Bsub2 Osub2 (10-22%). The daughters of bulls Tarragon 159, Aktsioner 01-78 and Gertsog 119 had a homozygous genotype F / F (100%) by F-V blood system. The daughters of bulls Buk 126, Otto 1633, Amir 1333, Guidon 120 and Vandal 01-28 are heterozygous carriers of genotype F / V (50-80%). The individuals with the homozygous genotype V / V (7.14-10%) F-V-blood system were detected among the progenies of Otto 1633, Santal 101, Chance 171
