The comparative efficiency of rolenol, clozantel and 20% granulate amoxicillin for mono-and mixed fasciolosis strongylatosis invasion of cattle. The anti-helminth efficiency of the preparations was estimated by the results of coproscopy for 30, 60 and 90 days after treatment. Two clinical trials to determine the efficacy of rolenol, santel and alben for treatment of cattle with mixed fascoiliasis-strongylatosis infection were performed. Single intramuscularly injection of rolenol and santel in a doze 5 mg/kg had 100 % efficiency against fascioles and Strongylus spp. Rolenol, santel and alben have 100 % effect against Strongylus spp. infection. Efficacy of rolenol and cantel was 100 %, alben – 78.9 % against fascioles. In field conditions efficacy of rolenol against F. hepatica and gastro-intestinal Strongylus spp. was 95.46 and 100 % correspondingly. It is concluded that rolenol containing as an active ingredient a 5 % clozantel and 10% clozantel solution displayed high, approximately identical therapeutic efficiency on mixed invasion, did not cause complications and side effects
