: The present study was conducted to study the possibility of controlling Early Blight Diseases in Tomato Crop by the use of two fungicides. These were : Antracol and Melody Duo. The tomato varieties chosen were Peto 86 and Strain B. This experiment was conducted during winter season 2002/2003 in the Demonstration Field of the Horticultural Department, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Khartoum. The two fungicides were applied at three different concentrations, i.e. proposed dose and ± 25%. The results showed that the uses of the two fungicides at some concentrations resulted in reduction in the disease incidence and in the disease severity. The results on tomato variety Strain B showed that the use of Melody Duo at the concentration of 0.875 kg/fed. resulted in the highest yield of 8.5 ton/ha with an increase of 26.9% compared with the control treatment, and the least percentage of discarded Fruits of 35.6%. On variety Peto 86 the results showed that the use of Antracol at the concentration of 0.500 kg/fed. resulted in the highest yield of 7.6 ton/ha with an increase of 33.3% compared with the control treatment. The use of Antracol at the concentration of 0.625 kg/fed. resulted in the least percentage of discarded Fruits of 28.6%.
