Possibilities of process modeling in agricultural enterprise | Možnosti procesného modelování v zemědělském podniku

University Agricultural Enterprise (UAE) Žabčice is, pursuant to law number 111/1998 Sb. on Universities as amended (University Law), an organisational part of the Mendel University of Agriculture and Forestry in Brno (MUAF Brno). Its mission and basic task is to enable implementation of scientific, research and educational activities of the MUAF Brno teachers, researchers and students. The aim of this study was to develop a model of the supporting process Technical Maintenance of the UAE Žabčice, MUAF Brno on the base of application of the Entreprise Architect software (SW). The process model presented in this paper is one of several similar tools created within the framework of process modelling for the UAE Žabčice using the Enterprise Architect software. The development of the model of the process Technical Services, as presented in this paper together with its links to other processes and with the assignment of existing documents, can be used by the management of this enterprise when carrying out effective changes and/or performing a fundamental restructuring of intra-farm processes.
