Inglés. The Clonal Selection studies were carried out for choosing productive, high quality and sanitary clones on Ada Karası which is the native wine variety. The study had been started as preliminary surveys at farmer vineyards. The thirtyfive elite clones had been selected from this variety and the vineyard of clone collection was established with ten vines from each elite clone. The vineyard of clone comparison had been established with best five clones. The clones with the number 146,153 and 157 were selected as the best clones at the end of this study.

Şaraplık üzüm çeşitlerinden Ada Karası üzüm çeşidinde yüksek verimli, kaliteli ürünlere sahip ve sağlıklı olan klonların seçilmesi amacıyla klon seleksiyonu çalışması yapılmıştır. Çalışmaya üretici bağlarında ön çalışma şeklinde başlanmıştır. Daha sonra 35 klon baş omcası tespit edilmiş ve her birisinden 10' ar omca olacak şekilde enstitü arazisinde klon koleksiyon bağı kurulmuştur. Bu aşama sonunda en üstün 5 klon seçilerek bunlarla klon mukayese bağı tesis edilmiştir. Klon mukayese aşamasının sonunda yapılan değerlendirme sonucu en üstün özellik gösteren 146, 153 ve 157 nolu klonlar seçilmiştir.
