Impact of structure of wrorking components and uses of theripping machine on resistant forces

While operating on forest land, resistant force of ripping machine is affected by not only the natural characteristics of the land and terrain, but also the uses, structure and technical status of the working components of the machine. The reseach results have determined the impact of the depth, speed, and structure of the working components on the resistant force of the ripping machine. When the depth of ripping increases from 0.35 m to 0.45 m and o.55m, the value of the resistant force coefficient (K0) will increase to 118%, and 135%, respectively. The impact of ripping speed on its own K0 is much smaller than that of ploughing over the surfave. Structure and technical of working components of the machine also decreases K0 from 15-20%. Therefore, in order to decreases energy, but increase the effectiveness of ripping machine combine, it is necessary to study the optimal uses and the best structure that are consistent with the conditions.
