By zoning microragioning of viticulture is determined typical habitat for each variety, which meets its biological requirements for cultivation, optimal growth, development, productivity and high quality of grapes. A database on the properties of the soil was created and statistical analysis of climate parameters was carried out, which were required for GIS in determining the vineyard micro regions near Karlovo. Irregular digital models TІN were developed for field surface topography and distribution of the total vegetation temperature
