Study of biological full-value and morphological composition of embryos with a view to application of acupuncture and hormonal method of polyovulation induction of donor cows was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. Research results showed that application of a method of acupuncture and hormonal polyovulation induction made it possible to obtain additional number of embryos fitting for transplantation (n = 24; 53 against 77). Application of the proposed method helped to increase the output of viable embryos in reliance on one donor of 1,84 (4,08 against 5, 2; P less or equal 0,05). In the experimental group there were obtained 9,31 embryos and ovicells in reliance on one responding with polyovulation donor, while in the control group the same indexes were on 3,31 less (P less or equal 0,001). Indexes of the biological quality and viability in recipients after transplanting of frozen-and melted embryos in control and test groups did not have true differences. It was established, that application of vitrification method with use of highly concentrated protective media and vitrification process could be used for freezing the obtained embryos. Application of the developed method of acupuncture and hormonal polyovulation induction increased the efficiency of transplantation technology use by means of increasing embryo production output and consequently helped to obtain additional number of transplant calves
