Influence of immunostimulants (sodium sulfate and vitamin C) on haemotological and biochemical indexes of blood serum of piglets which were immunized by SPS vaccine (against salmonellosis (Salmonella), pasteurellosis (Pasteurella) and streptococcus) realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus was analyzed. Piglets immunization was done twice intramuscularly with 7 days stretch in dose of 4 ml primarily, and 5 ml postprimary. Vitamin C was added into vaccine before immunization at the rate of 0,05 g per head. Sodium sulfate was applied with vaccine in 30% concentration. Results of phagocytic activity of leukocytes in blood of piglets immunized with SPS were presented. Thorough analysis of biochemical indexes of blood serum on the 14th day after the postprimary immunization was realized. Indexes of nonspecific resistance were stated. Research results showed that application of 20% sodium sulfate and vitamin C in combination with SPS vaccine promoted the statistically-valid increasing in peripheral blood of leukocytes, absolute count of T- and B- lymphocytes, RNA content in lymphocytes and glycogen in neutrophils, as well as increasing of crude protein and globulins in blood serum. Economic efficiency of realized immunization was showed
