Results of studies of the protective action (against Septoria leaf blotch, Septoria head blotch, seedling blight of cereals (Fusarium), Alternaria blight) of several fungicides (rex duo, tilt, alto super, amistar extra and abacus) for spring wheat (Triticum aestivum) of Rassvet variety cultivated on sod-podzolic light loamy soils in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus were presented. Research results showed that abacus (1,5 l/ha) and amistar extra (0,75 l/ha) proved to be the most effective for crop treatment at the ear formation stage (the preserved grain harvest was 7,0-6,0 c/ha). All studied preparations showed high biological efficiency against speckled leaf and head blotch (caused by Septoria agents) – 68,3-93,2%. The obtained grain infection rate was lowered only after application of rex duo (0,6 l/ha) preparation used at the stage of wheat crops ear formation. The highest economic effect (yielding capacity, weight of 1000 grains, grain weight per head, fibrin content) was stated after application of tilt preparation (0,5 l/ha)
