The efficiency effect of waste and by-products of food industry for stimulation of development of feeding organisms for fish was analyzed in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. The single doses were worked out in model tests. In course of the experiment there were used brewer pellet, cereal distiller's grains, exhausted beet pulp, residual brewer yeast and technical albumin. There was analyzed their influence on growth and development of green alga p. Clorella Beyer and fodder small crustacean Daphnia magna Str. Research results showed that for the stimulatory development of green alga and feeding zooplankton the optimal single doze of balda should be 5 mg/l (50 kg/ha), pellet – 100 mg/l (1000 kg/ha), exhausted beet pulp – 300 mg/l (3000 kg/ha). In course of application of residual beer yeast the optimal single doze (in the conditions of water temperature of 20-26 deg С) ranged within 5-10 mg/l (50-100 kg/ha). Increasing of concentration of brewer yeast over 10 mg/l in the conditions of water temperature of 26 deg С caused the decreasing of the producing processes of fodder small crustacean caused the excessive development of green alga. For stimulation of green alga and fodder zooplankton the optimal concentration of technical albumin in the conditions of water temperature of 20-22 deg С composed of 0,1-0,2 mg/l (1-2 kg/l), in the conditions of water temperature of 24-26 deg С - 0,05 mg/l (0,5 kg/ha). Application of barda, residual brewer yeast, technical albumin should be realized at 5 days intervals, exhausted beet pulp – single application, brewer pellet – single application, or at divided portions during all cultivation period of feed objects
