The issues of increasing of innovation activity of the domestic enterprises in the sphere of material and technical services are examined. A method of complex estimation of innovation potential of the firm is suggested. Hierarchical model of the enterprise innovation facilities estimation is shown. The model structure is displayed. Innovation potential evaluation indexes are presented according the 'Training and supplying activity', 'Producing activity' and 'Innovation spreading activity' business processes. Indexes of the use of innovation potential of the firms are presented. Special attention has been given to the creation of hierarchical model and development of estimation indicators, which help to characterize the main business processes of innovation activity.
