The efficiency of the application of multi-enzyme preparation Ecozim in the rations of egg-laying hens is presented. Enzymatic preparation Ecozym represents all-purpose multi-enzyme complex, consist of feed fragmentation enzymes (beta-glucans, xilans, cellulose). The preparation is appropriated for non-amylaceous polysaccharides digestion in gastro-intestinal tract, releasing of additional power and protein, increasing of trace elements and micronutrients input. Utilization of the Ecozym preparation allows rationalizing of the domestic feed resources. Physical and chemical indexes of the meat and fat of the hens during enzymatic preparation application are analyzed. Among them are: reaction on ammonia and ammonium salts, reaction on peroxydase, acid fat level, peroxide fat level. Toxic and biological evaluation of the hens' meat during Ecozim application according the average biological value of the meat and toxicity of the meat in percentage of pathological cells is made.
