The structure of dry granulated food for dogs feeding and the technology of its production developed at the RUE Institute of Meat and Dairy Industry is presented. The results of physical, chemical and microbiological composition of the dry feed are shown. Normative specifications 100377914.553–2008 for small, middle and large dog breeds are calculated. Hematological indexes of the experimental dogs while feeding with dry granulated feed are analyzed. Biochemical indexes of the experimental and control groups are displayed. Development of the dry granulated feed for the dogs is economic effective research, encouraging processing of secondary raw materials of meat producing factories and replacing foreign analogs. Recipes of the dry granulated feed for the dogs made during the experiment are approved and effectively put into production process by Slonim Meat Processing Factory.
