Efficiency and profitability of the pig-breeding branch depends on livestock reproduction level. Sexual cycle control with physiotherapeutic or pharmacologic means allow making forehanded insemination and getting planned offspring brood. The quality of the sperm is one of the main factors either. Laser ray treatment of the breeding sows' ovary is researched. The influence of the laser ray treatment on the oestrus of the breeding sows is analyzed. Reproductive traits of sows and number of piglets per one farrow are evaluated. The influence of the laser ray treatment on boars' oestrus level and ejaculation speed is analyzed. Dynamics of testosterone content in boar's blood is shown. Comparative analysis of breeding sows' productivity is made. The influence of laser on boars' sperm quality is researched. As a result of the research it's established that the use of laser in pig breeding ensures simultaneity of the demonstration of the signs of heat, high insemination ability of gametes, enables to improve the quality of sperm to be applied in artificial insemination.
