In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was analyzed the biological and economic efficiency of a new produced by Bayer CropScience seed disinfectant Bariton (fluoxastrobin 37,5 + prothioconazole 37,5 g a.i./l) against seed infection, snow mold (Sclerotinia), scab wheat (Gibberella saubinetii) of winter triticale of Mikhas variety. Seed disinfectants Baytan Universal, wettable powder (2,0 kg/t) and Lamador, SC (0,2 l/t) were used as standard samples. Research results showed that all the seed disinfectants in course of 3 three year studies showed high field germination rate of winter triticale seeds. Bariton and Lamador stimulate the formation of root system. The maximal biological efficiency against seed infection was showed by Bariton. In the conditions of epiphytotic development of snow mold and intensive infection load of root rots infestants the maximal efficiency was showed by Bariton seed protectant. The highest preserved yield of winter triticale (12,3 c/ha) was provided by Bariton.
