In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was studied the dynamics of change of dry matter content and moisture in triticale (Triticosecale) grain. On the basis of the relative analysis using weight method the following conclusion has been made: use of a close infrared spectroscopy for the assessment of the processes of physiological triticale ripening, starting from the macrostage of grain formation and up to full ripeness of grain, proved to be a very promising technique. Application of this method will make it possible to increase substantially efficiency of obtaining of the necessary information and management decision making in agricultural production.
