Modern selection of wheat (Triticum aestivum) aimed on biotic and abiotic stresses resistance of plants with maintenance of high yield levels. For the problem solution gene resources of cultivar's wild congeners are researched. Thus tetraploid species of Triticum possess disease resistance; have a high level of protein content and good characteristics of fibrin content. The research aimed on creation of new forms of wheat with the help of hybridization of wild and cultivated species of Triticum is carried out. Evaluation of their cytological stability by analyzing of chromosomes' behavior in meiosis is made. During the experiment 45 hybrids of different breeding have been grown. Triticum species appear both maternal and paternal components of hybridization. Process of conjugation of chromosomes of F2 hybrids is analyzed by 5 hybridization combinations. Seed formation during hybridization of Triticum species with Triticum aestivum is evaluated. Hybrids' F2 chromosomes conjugation in metaphase I during wild and cultivated species hybridization is marked. Correlation between normal and anomalous microsporocyte in different meiosis phases is revealed. Practical use of new hybrid species of Triticum is suggested.
