The global experience testifies that creation of competitive agrarian production is impossible without support of agriculture from the state, irrespective of its organizational and legal form. Financial methods are of paramount value in the system of economic influence on agriculture in the developed countries. This is caused by wide sphere of their action which covers all managing subjects and objects, and also monetary relations which are straightforwardly influence the interests of production participants. Financial methods of state support to the agrarian sector of economy in the foreign countries are analyzed.
