Production of ecologically safe agricultural products in complicated environment conditions requires high material and monetary costs and cash expenditures, therefore there is a necessity of state financing of such territories. Adverse nature conditions are characterized by adverse climatic components, a mode of humidifying, poor quality of soils (in particular, low fertility), topographical characteristics, etc. Basic directions and offers of budgetary support of agro-industrial complex enterprises functioning in difficult environment conditions are considered.
