Характеристика сортов льна-долгунца с применением метода электрофоретического анализа запасных белков

In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was studied the possibility of application of a method of electrophoretic analysis of total proteins for the determination of intervarietal and intravarietal differences of fibre flax (Linum usitatissimum). The timely character of biochemical markers determination in flax crops was conditioned by a small number of morphological traits suitable for variety identification of fibre flax. There was shown the difference of varieties in accordance with electrophoretic spectrum; there was revealed the intravarietal diversity of protein types and marked the criterion for the determination of internal heterogenicity of varieties. The majority of studied varieties of fibre flax consisted of two protein biotypes. The first biotype was presented in a structure of varieties in a quantity of 66-80%, it was multicomponent and included 23-25 points of protein spectrum. The second biotype was presented depending on variety in 20-34% of seeds. The second biotype in comparison with the first one had less number of components – 20-26. Monotypic varieties consisted of one biotype and included into their spectrum from 27 up to 34 components.
