In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there were analyzed data of immunomorphological indexes for the evaluation of immune status of chickens with a high level of transovarian antibodies to the virus of infectious bronchitis secondary to administration of probiotics for the increasing of natural resistance and immune reactivity. Research results showed that dualfold immunization of broiler chickens against infectious bronchitis with high titer level of transovarian antibodies to infectious bronchitis virus (IBV) at the age of 8 and 21 days secondary to probiotic veterinary drugs caused the formation of more intense postvaccinal immunity in comparison with chickens which were vaccinated without administration of probiotic. Immunization of broioler chickens at the age of 8 and 21 days did not render an expressed reactogenicity that was proved by increasing live body weight, weight and weight index of thymus in comparison with broilers which were vaccinated by other schemes. In live body weight gain of experimental chickens was on 2.8-3.7% higher than in control ones.
